- System analysis on the hand piece through all cycles
- Testing and analysis of the cord
- Cord replacement of evidence of wear or system faults
- Inspection of the exterior casing and threading (if machine work is needed, added time and cost may apply)
- Replacement of the ceramic crystals
- Calibration of all system components
- Testing through all cycles
- Resealing of hand piece
- Complete pressure shock and seal testing
